Design and specification
Every product begins with a written brief on how it should fail, then a design that refuses to. Sketches, CAD and physical mockups run in parallel until the geometry is settled.

Durability testing
Prototypes spend over five hundred hours in tumble rigs, drop towers and abrasion cycles. Twelve candidate materials go in and one comes out.

Finish and dispatch
Final pieces are inspected by hand, wrapped, and shipped free anywhere nationwide. Every one carries a lifetime warranty from the day it leaves us.

Hardshell luggage uses a German polycarbonate shell over an aircraft grade aluminum frame. Softshell pieces use 1680D ballistic nylon with full grain vegetable tanned leather trim and solid brass hardware. Every combination clears more than five hundred hours of tumble, drop and abrasion testing before it goes into production, which is why we are comfortable warrantying it for life.
Shipping is free anywhere nationwide and orders leave our facility within one business day, arriving in three to five. Returns are open for one hundred days from delivery on unused items in original packaging, and we cover the return label. If a piece has already travelled with you and something is wrong, contact us and we will handle it as a warranty case instead.
It covers shells, wheels, handles, zippers, hardware and stitching for as long as you own the piece. We repair before we replace, because a repaired bag keeps its history. Airline handling damage, manufacturing faults and normal wear that affects function are all included. Cosmetic scuffs earned in transit are considered character rather than damage.
Yes. The Carry-On is sized to meet the standard cabin allowance for major domestic and international carriers, measured with the wheels and handle included. A small number of regional and budget carriers use tighter limits, so check your specific airline before you fly. The Check-In sits comfortably within standard checked baggage dimensions.
